Needless to say, Facebook is drunk.

As an avid fan of Legend of Zelda, and a web geek, I follow Zelda Universe on my RSS reader. Back during the Olympics, a Mexican gymnast used a Legend of Zelda medley as her background music. ZU, of course, caught it and posted a video here.

Now, since this medley was not brand new, ZU also posted the music video the original artist made for it, Lindsey Stirling. I watched a few more of her videos and was hooked. I can honestly say that I never thought I would be this enthralled with a violinist, but it’s hard not to be!

As I was going through her videos I came across this one, as well, and was thus introduced to Eppic. I’ve watched a few more of his videos as well and he’s got skills.

So that’s how I can thank my love of Zelda and the 2012 Olympics that I didn’t even watch for finding these two amazing artists! Oh and by the way, they are both on Tour right now and Lindsey just released her first full album!

Anyway, the reason I’m linking this particular article is because I want to point something out about this judgemental dipstick, Steven Crowder.

This is what I want to point out: He’s a judgemental dipstick. He even admits that he’s judging people. That is not something so-called “Christians” should be doing, Steve. If you look at Jesus’ example – did you notice how he only ever called the Pharisees out on their sin; the ones who were “in the church” – and at 1 Corinthians 5:12-13, we are not supposed to judge those outside the church. In other words, you are only supposed to judge those inside the church – like, say, Steven Crowder for being a judgemental disptick (seriously, dude, how the heck does judging people showing them love? It just makes you look stupid and arrogant).

The other thing that you’ve forgotten, Steven, and it’s something most Christians forget, is that God does not force anyone to follow what’s in the Bible.

Let me type that again so you can (hopefully) let it sink in: God does not force anyone to follow what’s in the Bible.

He does not force any person on this earth to do anything they do not want to do. You want to wait to have sex until marriage? Great! They want to have a one night stand? He says in the Bible that he doesn’t want that, but he doesn’t stop them. Those two men want to proclaim they love each other and get married? I do not see the hand of God holding a sign saying “Thou Shalt Not Get Gay Married!”

That’s because God gave us free will. We can do anything we want. ANYTHING. God gave us that power. He also said there would be consequences to our decisions, but he won’t stop us from doing whatever we want to do. He gave us laws and commandments and principles to follow and live by, but it’s our decision, our choice, whether we want to live by them or not.

After all, how could God claim that He loves us if He has to force us to love Him? How would anything we did be of any value if we didn’t choose to do it?

So God does not force us to follow Him or his word.

And if the God of the universe – the only being with the real power to actually force you to do something you don’t want to do – won’t force you to follow Him, who am I to try to force you to follow His word?

Who are you, Steven Crowder, to force the rest of the world to live by God’s standards, when God himself doesn’t force them to?

You might not be ready for diplomacy for Beijing if you can’t visit the (London) Olympics and not insult our closest ally!

And he believes that when you’ve worked hard, and done well, and walked through that doorway of opportunity, you do not slam it shut behind you…you reach back, and you give other folks the same chances that helped you succeed

Check it quick or they may pull it down.

Thankfully, she is doing very well, thanks to the quick thinking & action of her husband, the skills of all of her doctors, and the incredible outpouring of prayer and support from across the globe.
